第9条 個人情報、統計データ、属性情報の取り扱い

第10条 利用規約の変更
当社は本規約の内容を随時変更することができるものとします。本規約を変更する場合、当社は変更後の規約内容を本サイト上に掲載した時点をもって効力を生じるものとし、利用者は掲載後に本サービスを利用した時点で、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
第11条(損害賠償)

第12条 準拠法及び管轄裁判所

第13条 反社会的勢力との関係断絶
1.本サービスの利用登録者にて、反社会的勢力(暴力団、暴力団員、暴力団準構成員、 暴力団関係企業、総会屋等、特殊知能暴力集団等その他これらに準ずる者を意味します。)に該当し、又は、反社会的勢力と社会的に非難されるべき関係を有しているときは直ちに本サービスの利用を解除します。
2.If a registered user of this service or a third party commits any of the following acts, we will immediately terminate your use of this service.
(1) Violent demanding behavior
(2) Making unreasonable demands that go beyond legal responsibility
(3) Using threatening language or violence in connection with communications
(4) Spreading false rumours, or using fraudulent means or force to damage the credibility of the Service or our company, or to interfere with our business
(5) Any other conduct similar to those listed above.
3.If the user terminates the service based on these terms and conditions, the user shall not claim any compensation.
