  ◆成形部署にて棒状のアルミ材をロールに巻いて切断する
  ◆ロールでアルミ輪材を自動溶接機にセットして接合する
  ◆バリ取り・グラインダー及び研磨機で磨き上げる
  ◆位置決めを行いプレス機で穴あけをする
  ◆熱処理炉に入れて製品の強度を上げる
  ◆焼き入れ後の表面検査
  　色付けや有機溶剤による表面加工
  ◆出荷前の検査・梱包
