  ワイヤーハーネスとは…？
  →自動車用組電線といい、機器間の接続を担っている部品です！

  【組立】
  ◆機械にセットしたコネクターに
  　様々な色の電線を指示書通りに挿入する(仮結束)
  　→30種類～40種類ある電線の中から順番通りに指で掴み、
  　　セットしたコネクターに挿入する
  　→挿入した電線を指で掴み、差し込みがゆるくないか
  　　軽く引っ張って確認する
  　
  ◆組立図板と呼ばれるものに決められた通り組み付け(布線)
  　→仮結束されたコネクターを治具にはめ込み、
  　　電線の束を配線図通りに仮置きする
  
  ◆組み付けをしたらテープで固定・保護具の取り付け(結束)
  　→仮置きされた電線の束を
  　　ビニールテープでぐるぐる巻いて固定しまとめる
  　→電線に傷や熱を通さないように、
  　　ゴムチューブや樹脂ホースを電線に取り付ける
  
  【導通検査】
  ◆組み立てた製品に電気が通るかの通電チェック
  　→製品のコネクタを機械にセットすると電気が流れ、
  　　電線挿入箇所が正しいか確認する検査を行う
  　
  【外観検査】
  ◆最後に指示書通りになっているか外観検査を行う
  　→合格基準品との見比べ、長さや部品取付位置の確認する
  
  ☆電線1つ1つは非常に軽いものです！
